School Bus Regulations
Please review these guidelines for applying for and travelling by school bus.
The School provides transportation facilities to students. Children who want to use the school bus facilities should apply to the Principal at the beginning of the academic year.
Commuting by school bus is an occasion for pupils to cultivate good habits like patience, forbearance, tolerance, sympathy, team spirit, co-operation and consideration for others.
Gentlemanly and exemplary behaviour is expected from all students on the bus and at the boarding points where they wait for the bus.
Shouting, throwing articles out of the bus or making comments on people outside are not allowed.
Putting a hand, head or elbow outside is strictly forbidden. All are expected to speak English on the school buses.
In order to maintain order and discipline on the bus, students are to co-operate with the bus staff.
Strong and prompt disciplinary action will be taken against students who do not behave themselves well on the bus.
A request for school bus facility or its discontinuance is normally not admissible for a period of less than a term. In such cases, the fee for the term is to be paid.
Bus fees should also be paid along with the term fees. Payment is to be made in due time.
