Instructions and Procedure for Online Application Form 

* Please read the instructions and procedures carefully before you start filling the

   form.

* The name in the application form must be the same as in class Xth pass 

    certificate.

* Online  applications must be enclosed with a DD for Rs.500/- drawn in  

     favour of Mary Mount Public School, Kattachira' payable at Ettumanoor.

* The payment is made through Demand Draft, please mention your Computer

   generated Application Number and name on the reverse side of Demand

    Draft.

* The computer generated Confirmation Page with the attested copy of mark

    list, birth certificate and two recent passport size photographs of your ward.,

    address written and signed by the candidate and his/her parent must reach

    the School office on or before last date.

* The completed Confirmation Page must be sent only by registered/speed post

   to the Principal Mary Mount Public School at the given below address:

* After submission of an application no options can be  changed at a later stage.

*  The application number printed on the computer  generated  Confirmation  

    Page must be mentioned in  all such correspondences. It is therefore essential

    to  note down the application number printed on the Confirmation Page.

*  Application fee once paid is non-refundable.

*  There is an entrance test and interview on the basis of current academic

     syllabus (Science, Mathematics,  English language skills and G.K) and  

     selection is purely on the basis of merit. You can Select Entrance

     test & Interview Date after filling the form.
